What is HARVEST OF HOPE?
Harvest of Hope is a special afternoon where the Game Plan 4 Hope community comes together— recipient families, donors, volunteers, partners, friends, and people who are discovering our mission for the first time.
It is a time to connect, celebrate, and share in the hope that grows when we walk alongside families navigating life-changing injury or advanced or terminal illness.
A Place to Connect
For our recipient families: Harvest of Hope is an opportunity to meet other families who understand the unique journey you're walking, build relationships, find encouragement, and connect with the people who help make GP4H's support possible.
For our supporters and friends: It's an opportunity to meet the families at the heart of our mission, hear stories of hope, and see the difference your generosity, prayers, and involvement make.
For those discovering Game Plan 4 Hope: Come learn what we're all about and meet the people who make this mission so meaningful.
However you come, there is a place for you at the table.
Bring someone to the table
Do you know someone who would benefit from knowing about Game Plan 4 Hope?
This year, we're inviting friends of Game Plan 4 Hope to become Table Hosts. A Table Host simply invites people they know—friends, family members, coworkers, church friends, business connections, or others who may want to learn more about our mission—to join them at Harvest of Hope.
There is no cost to host a table and no fundraising requirement. The goal is simply to introduce more people to the families we serve and the work of Game Plan 4 Hope.
A table seats approximately eight people, including the host. You don't need to have all eight guests lined up before you decide to host. We'll help you along the way.
Not interested in hosting a table? That's perfectly okay! You are welcome to simply come and enjoy the afternoon with us.

Harvest of Hope is designed to be a relaxed, welcoming afternoon for the whole family.

- Light refreshments and time around the table
- Time to meet and connect with recipient families
- A special program celebrating the impact of Game Plan 4 Hope
- Plenty of time to enjoy the afternoon together
What to Expect
3:00 PM — Welcome & Arrival
Check in, grab some refreshments, let the kids enjoy the activities, and begin connecting with other guests.
3:00–4:15 PM — Connect & Celebrate
Enjoy time around the tables, meet recipient families, visit with friends, and get to know other members of the GP4H community.
4:15 PM — Harvest of Hope Program
We'll gather for a short program celebrating the families at the heart of Game Plan 4 Hope, sharing the impact of this community, and looking ahead to where God is leading us next.
5:00 PM — Event Close
We'll officially wrap up at 5:00 PM.
